Installation Guide: Connecting Kaavhi to Bitbucket
Get started with Kaavhi in just a few minutes! This guide will walk you through connecting Kaavhi to your Bitbucket account using a secure, guided onboarding flow.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- An active Bitbucket account.
- Administrator access to the Bitbucket repository or workspace where you want to use Kaavhi.
Seamless Onboarding Flow
- Go to Kaavhi: Visit kaavhi.com and click the "Get Started" or "Dashboard" button.
- Authorize Kaavhi (OAuth2): You'll be redirected to Bitbucket's authorization page. Review and grant the requested permissions. Kaavhi uses OAuth2, so your credentials are never shared—Bitbucket issues a secure access token for Kaavhi to interact with your repositories.
- Select Workspace/Repository: Choose the Bitbucket workspace or repositories where you want Kaavhi to be active.
- Complete Setup: Follow the remaining on-screen instructions. Once finished, Kaavhi will be ready to review your pull requests automatically.
Security Note
Kaavhi uses industry-standard OAuth2 for authentication. Your credentials are never stored or shared, and all access is securely managed by Bitbucket.
